Thanks for all of the information on my low clutch fluid problem. I have noticed the gummy greasey gook around the clutch push rod and grommet. The car is 24 years old and this is the first major parts replacement done to it. .
All in all I believe this is minor maintenance cost to replace the necessary parts.
