There's no way in hell that's 1-1.5". I can tell by the way that is designed that the saddle height is at least 3-3.5"
You coulndt be more wrong but its ok, we forgive you

But I will measure when I get home, 2" MAYBE, 3" NO WAY.

My eg was a tad over 2" from the ground and it had no issue getting under it

I like how it was 1 inch, then 1-1.5 inches, now it's probably 2 but less than 3 inches.

I can't find it online anywhere to check the specs. Provide specs from a web site or a picture with a ruler and i'll shut up. Even if this jack has a low saddle height it only does it for a few inches. Try to get to the center jacking point with that jack... you can't.

Yes, your right, Its only low for a certain amount b4 it raise up but that is needed for stability. The end section is plenty low enough to get your s2 up.

Either way, ill measure it and take a pic tonight, so about 8-9pm est (lol) ill have a pic up.

I'm not a jack rookie. If you found one with a 2" or less saddle height then great. I'll probably buy one.

Your jack looks surpisingly like all the others I see.

BTW, they all have between a 3 3/8" to a 3 3/4" saddle height.

[QUOTE=mxt_77,Jan 15 2008, 08:13 AM] I wouldn't continue using that to support the weight of the car if I were you.

Home Depot, $6 for a 2"X6" cut into two blocks that go under the front tires before jacking.

Would anyone happen to know the height from the floor to the corner jack points on an S? QQ if this has been covered before. Thanks.

I do that, and it worked great when I had my Prelude (FWD pulled the car up onto the wood), but doesn't work so well with the S2000, as it just pushes the blocks along the ground (particularly on my smooth garage floor). I need to put some rubber/grippy pads on the back of the boards to make them stick to the ground better.
