I was going to make a smartass remark here, but I decided that would be too much work. So could somebody please do it for me? I don't want to bother searching the FAQs for one or reading the owner's manual that came with my smartass remark generator.

press and hold the far right button on gauge cluster with your left hand then turn the key on with your right hand like you where starting the car, don't start it just keep holding the button till the light goes off.

you've been on this forum over 200 days, and even though you don't post much, we'd hope you'd see both the big button labeled "search" at the top, or even the mini-search window to the right at the top.

this question is asked all too often, when a quick search would give you the answer in a second. not to mention it tells you how to do it in your owner's manual.

with that, i'm going to lock this, as i think the topic has gone far enough.
