Default MAP Whack (disconnect really)

Guys,

Yesterday my car refused to VTec and was running like poo at low rpm. I finally disconnected the MAP sensor and waited a few minutes and reconnected it. It ran smoooooooth and VTec'd without a hickup. What a difference!

I know...it's been beat to death but I suppose I wanted to let you guys it worked wonders for me.

J

No...I just disconnected it while the car was off and reconnected it making sure the connector was making good contact. That's it.

You might do well to make sure the contacts are clean of tight, then do the zip tie thing.

Yeah, I'll pickup some contact cleaner from Advanced Auto and see what I can do. Thanks, X...as usual.
