Default Master or slave clutch cylinder?

Master or slave clutch cylinder?
I think one or both of those things are done for.
My clutch is really soft and there is no pedal feel until about half way down and the engagement is close to the floor.
It was like this one time and I did a clutch fluid bleed and it fixed the problem.
I bled it this time and it still feels mushy.
Should I replace the Master or slave or both?
Car has about 100k now.
Also is it normal to be able to put the car in gear without stepping on the clutch pedal?
Thanks in advance.

Replace the slave first asit's like $60. Also these items show wear over time so even if you need to replace the master, the car will feel better with the slave replaced as well.
