Is this mechanical "bicycle noise" normal?
I noticed a small amount of this noise driving today. It is more audible when cruising and between 4-5k RPM. I'm not sure if this is valve related or TCT related or if it's completely normal. In the video it is audible but not as much as when I'm driving. Just wanting to catch everything early and get better at maintaining my own car. It has 28k miles.
