Pop the VTEC solonoid off. that screen is a good holder for engine debris and if its full of crap you know something is up.

It should be very apparent what to measure just by my pic and the way the dial is set up.

I was told by the last mechanic he popped it off and it looked clean. Ill look again though because I am pretty sure he didnt..I still have the old filter ill cut it up hopefully by this weekend and see what it looks like. No other major engine work besides valve adjustment/tct/uhh.. Spark plugs? Im going to use a bore score this weekend to verify the top of the cylinder walls are good. I only did the inspection from underneath the car. The oil changes before came out fine, no leftover deposits. Beleive me I check. Does no body else agree with the cleaning the oil pan theory? I duplicated the results! I grabbed a can of WD-40 and a razor and just scraped around the rim so the shavings would drop. They look exactly the same as the one found in the oil! I know it may sound like I am just trying to comfort myself and my car could possibly be ready to explode. But it makes perfect since to me because I failed to clean the oil pan out whenever I dropped it on the last oil change. If that is the case I still need to hope that debris didnt make its ways around the engine. Hopefully getting a hold of a dial indicator today, let me rule out the crank for peace of mind.

Oh I feel special.. Hard to do radial runout with the magnet on the crank haha. So I am assuming I set it the tool like so, and move the crank back and fourth with a pry bar?

Yes.

I listened to your vid and couldn't make out anything unusual. But it is the web and not the car.

You should take the oil filter apart to see whats in it.
I would also run a larger oil filter so it can hold more contaminates and not send that contamination to the rest of the engine.
I run Baldwin filter B7042 and its over twice as large as the stock S2000 oil filter.
Here are some pic's.
