Is it true that the president of Mugen has gotten in trouble for tax evasion and will therefore be selling the company? I heard it may be purchased by Toda.

Mugen will remain...I believe the company will be renamed as "M-Tech" or something like that.
The products will carry the "Mugen" badge.

yup, sounds sorta similar to my screen name haha, yea mugen made an big annoucement that although the president is in trouble they will still continue their great quality.
