Default my car keeps shutting down

i would be driving then out of nowhere my engine will slowly shut off. my CEL was on and the dealer told me i needed a new PCM. so i got one. then it came back on, now they say i need something to do with the A/C to help it during cold starts. it died again tonight, a cop came and he said he was going to push me out to the side. i thought he was going to push by hand but he used his car. now my rear bumper is all cracked and i dont even know the name of the cop..... why is my car dying?!

wow

You let a cop push your car with a car off the road? Damn

Go to a better dealership/shop. They don't know what they're doing and apparently, neither do you

Never go to the dealer, unless they are giving away free beer or something. How many miles on you car? I would run the code if your check engine light is lighting up and go from there.

Do you cruise to a stop in N or with the clutch depressed?

If so, you've likely confused the ECU. Reset it and drive with engine breaking.
