is my K&N fipk hurting gas milage?
after installing my FIPK intake, it seems like my gas milage dropped from 23-24 to 16-18...
is this normal or is it due to me excesively going into vtec to hear my intake? I remember when I first got the car and I drove it just as hard I wasn't getting such low gas milage. thanks guys.

Id say that has to do with that, Did you reset your ecu after install? Id try doing that and trying not to rip into vtec all the time and i think youll regain those extra miles. How does it sound anyways, any sound clips?

i was pretty dissapointed with the sound until WOT
its pretty loud just for an intake especially with the top down. when my gf is giving me a lecture i just gun it and its loud enough to drown her out.

Dissconect your Neg. Terminal on your battery for an hour. Then connect it, and drive it.
