I hope your relays are the same since I forgot yours was RHD!

It should be in your passenger side!

LOL i hope so i still have not figure out where is the power door lock control modular located at. errr sucks but i have been fixing this car up and it has come along pretty well only thing left is the air condition and keyless entry system.
already fixed: CEL for missing air pump and all its equipment, air bag system, new convertible top conversion from a 05, anti lock break light, fixed the bump steer and many many little stuff here and there.

Have you tried resetting the switch? I had a similar problem that this took care of. The first time I did the reset the fix only lasted 1 day, then after I reset them again, I haven't had any issues in 3 weeks. When the window is up pull up on the switch and hold it until you hear a click, the switch will be inoperable for a moment after you hear it. Then once it rolls down, roll it all the way down, release, then push and hold down again until you hear it click again. Try that and see if it helps.

I had this problem with my car and it was fixed under warranty. I don't remember much but i know this:
it wasnt the motor
it wasnt unit/switch that physically has the buttons that you use to put the windows up/down (on either the passenger or the drivers side).

It was some sort of switch/relay that forces your windows down when you put the top down. I don't remember exactly what it's called but I can look it up if you still cant figure it out. This has happend to at least 3 other people that ive heard of besdies myself.

If this info doesnt help (and I'm sure it wont because I'm being vauge), then I can go tear through my invoices and look for the exact name of the part. PM me.
