Need torque numbers for lower control arm from Helms manual

Hi Sev,
I don't know where to find exactly what your looking for because of the layout of the manual and the fact that I'm not very mechanically inclined, so I photographed the next section which deals with the knuckle and the control arms. Hopefully it has what you need. One of the pages makes a reference to 18-10, and 18-10 is sev4.jpg.

Had to get a new Ball joint....
It was a real biatch removing the old one, we had to drill out the ball from on top before it could come out...
