i know this might be a stupid question but what is the recomended mileage you are supposed to change your spark plugs? i drive my car fairly briskingly and i think i want to change my plugs just for peace of mind. should i go aftermarket or OEM?

The manual says to change your spark plugs at 105,000 miles.

 

sparkplugs.com had them cheaper than any honda parts site I could find.
$10 a piece or so i think if I remember right.
