Did the TCT go all the way into the engine block with a little push with your fingers -- not by pulling it in with the bolts?

Didn't you just ask Billman about his TCT on Monday -- and went ahead and bought the Ballade anyway? Installation failed on this one too. You're #3 this week

The mating surfaces were clean? You oiled the o-rings, right?

Why not just remove the Ballade and get a billman or OEM one that doesn't leak?

If you don't have any problems with the OEM tensioner, like rattles from a loose chain then do not install a Ballade tensioner.
On a good tight chain you are most likely going to get it over tightened with aftermarket tensioners like Ballade, this is not good at all.

quick question, can a failed tct stop you from hitting vtech ? i’ve had a tct problem for a while now and i’m about to replace it with a billman, i know for sure the rattling will stop but what i don’t know is if that’ll fix my vtech. is that a different problem that doesn’t involve the tct ? or can you still hit vtech with a failed tct ? if so i think i might have another problem *knock on wood*

^ hapwn2220 Check your PM, your TCT payment is incorrect.

TCT will not affect VTEC operation.
