No second gear
Yeah. Maybe my reply was a bit harsh, too simplistic.
The springs in the clutch disc absorb transient torque/energy applied when the engine/flywheel (running at higher RPMs) engages the tranny (running at much lower, near zero RPMs). Without the springs all the torque, thus energy, is applied instantly to the transmission's internal mechanisms. Large transient excess = transmission damage.
You didn't feel the final effect, until pulling out of 2nd. When the tranny parts disintegrated.

The advice you're getting here is the culmination of 16 years with this car.
You can pretty much take all of this advice to the bank.
The trans parts will cost you at least $200 plus the time to install the parts (and hope you did it correctly) or, as suggested, buy a known working trans and replace it..
Sorry, see too man kids coming here from facebook asking questions and getting answers they don't like.

Gearset is around 400, about 275 for a mainshaft.
In 12 years of opening up S2000 transmissions with no second gear, this has been the cause 100% of the time.
Facebook will tell you to change your clutch or grease your shifter

I have worked on my own cars and friends cars for years so i know my way around them. Openning the tranny, finding the problem and fixing it isnt a problem to me it was not knowing what exactly i might need so i can decide weather to get a new tranny or fix this one. I do appreciate all of your help. Thank you
I bought the car like 6 years ago i spent all my money on it and the clutch was on its last legs and it went bad shortly. I didnt have 800 bucks for a good clutch and this one was around 200 so i had to buy what i could afford. Im going to end up changing it once i buy the tranny
