When I got my soft top replaced last year for the well known holes behind windows, Honda care stated they were not aware of this problem in this car

Seems like a well used catch phrase within their organization. Call Hondacare and harp on the defect side of this problem.

 

It's odd this post was resurrected at this time because I just posted I was having the same issue. I'm still debating as to whether or not to take it in and try to get it fixed under warranty. Maybe I should go down there just to see what they say...
