Default o2 Sensor giving check engine light

I have a 2001 AP1 it has 60 K miles on it. Occasionally when I really come on to it on the highway it will throw the check engine light on

Had it checked and it is a O2 Sensor in Bank 1, Sensor 1 High Voltage. Reset the code and it goes away and does not come back right away

It has been like 3 or 4 weeks between it coming on and both times at WOT on the highway.

Any ideas?

Replace it. Go to Autozone and pick up a generic one for 70 bucks. All you gotta do is cut your old wires and splice the new one in. Easy.

Replacing the O2 Sensor is probably the easiest thing to do I guess. If it doesn't go away then I would need to get somebody to dianose what is tripping it. Are those cheap O2 Sensors any good?
