Default Problem with my car!

Hi when i put the key to start the car the cel light never appear. i think that my ecu is ****!!!

i was getting my cel codes without a scantool and now my car wont start
please help me!!!.

you fried you ecu?

which pins did you connect to each other to try and get the code?

It's pretty hard to fry the ecu, start pulling the fuses one at time under the dash and under the hood. You probably jumped the wrong jumpers and blew a fuse.

If all your fuses are good, then maybe you did blow the ecu.

Scan tools aren't all that expensive guys... certainly cheaper than a new ecu.

I bought a scanner for $40 at Harbor Freight Tools. Seems to be fine.
