Default Problems with VAFC2

So i went to get my car dynoed and tuned but when it came to for the guy to tune it my car would go nuts. My car would be running rich between 4k-5k and he would adjust the wide throttle + a few notchs in that area and the dyno would show an abnormal spike up and down the curve. He doesnt know what the problems is and i dont either. My map sensor was fine, i used a plug and play harness for the vafc2 so i dont think there should have been a problem with wiring. Anyone know whats going on?

Thanks,
Tony

Try comparing your setting to those in the VAFC settings library:
