Default Proper Breakin

I have finally rejoined the group after a 2 year hiatus. I can not remember what the proper break in schedule is for the engine. I want to make sure that I do this right before the mods start. It is a 2004 with 60 miles on it.

don't read the manual, Honda doesn't know anything! The proper break in procedure is to always keep the car in VTEC for the first 600 mi. Trust me, I'm just a random person on the internet

600 miles, stay below 5500 rpm and vary rpm driving.
