Default Question for all of you running Turbos in your S!!

Sup guys,

I would like to know a little more on what specs you guys are running/using on the stand alone ecu or piggyback for your turbo setup. Ignition timing, vtec point, a/f is really what I want to know. Changing these parameters are approached the same way for SC and turbo, since they are both FI? Do tubo setups work better on cams w/ lower lift and shorter duration?

Thanks
John

The AEM EMS is the best solution in my experience. My AFR curve is around 12:1 AFR in boost? My VTEC engagement is at 6200 RPM. The stock cams are agressive enough for a turbo system.

Useful knowledge abound on this topic all over the forum. Most people who have posted simply hate repeating themselves. You need to use the search to find out what they have already said.

There is one specific question I want to ask all of you running the UR kit. Johnson told me that there is an occasional CEL light that comes on, affecting the part throttle driveability but not WOT. This is fixed by resetting the ecu by palm or disconnecting the battery. Have n e of you guys with the kit and running emanage fixed or have a solution to this problem?

thanks
