Rattle From The Soft Top

May be the sound is from the front side catcher.

i found i have a similar rattle sound, but i allready figured out where mine came from. if you have the top up, and the sound is happening, put pressure on the clamps and see if it goes away, when i just put pressure on it with my hand the sound goes away... but as soon as i let go its in full swing again. I have yet to think of a way to fix it.
All you need is to tape a aprx. 1/2 inch square felt tape or double side tape in the cavity on the windshield side where the alignment pins sits.
The felt tape will take out all metal to metal contact. No more clicking sounds.

Put a piece of felt where the pictures show and you will eliminate the creaks.

I wrapped the bolt that it was hitting in black electrical tape and it fixed it.. im so freaking excited lol... that tapping was driving me insane.
