the information on this site made it really easy to do. came apart easy peasy, heck, the biggest mission was bleeding the clutch till i just used the gravity bleed way. after that no prob at all.
impressions: well, i had hoped to completely eliminate the high rpm shift slipping. after i did it, i drove around for a while snapping off 2-3 shifts and a few 4-5. overall, its way better then with the cdv, but still not the way i consider normal. after reading further, this is something quite a few people still noticed. i think billman sited a weak PP combined with a heavier flywheel as the main culprit. dont get me wrong, its way better, and if you shift quick, but not super quick its hardly noticeable. when i finally swap out the clutch/pp this will be completely gone.
i would recommend this to anyone. i couldnt stand the slipper clutch honda built. i still think its damned retarded that instead of strengthening a known weak part they just put in a work around, that is so american right there
