hi i'm having the problem where on cold starts the starter sticks to the flywheel and causes the exact sound as if you pressed the start button while the car is already running.

could anyone tell me how much the starter costs and how much i can expect to pay in labor?

It is most likely the starter solenoid that is broke. I do not know if Honda sells just that or if you have to buy the whole starter. I know they are not cheep.
