Default Reprogrammed PROM for ECU

I have an engine and gearbox from a 2005 S2000 and am installing them in my '91 Morgan 4/4. I have the ECU, but no ignition switch, key, etc. I would like to keep the original ECU rather than installing an aftermarket unit like the AEM. Is there a company in the U.S. that can supply a reprogrammed PROM that will bypass the immobilizer/need for a key and other unwanted items such as the secondary O2 sensor?

No, there is not. From what I understand, the JDM (Mugen, J's Racing, ect) offer OEM ECUs that have been modified. All the emissions related items have been dropped. Also any JDM ECU (OEM or other) does not have the immobilzer either.

Do you know if it is possible to bypass the key code issue by supplying power to the ECU without going through the Honda ignition switch and immobilizer unit? The wiring diagrams would seem to indicate that it is.

Not that I've examined the intricacies of the system, but I'm pretty sure that the immobilizer reader sends the code to the ecu, and the ecu does the check itself. At least, that's the only reasonable way to thwart hotwiring.

I had this crazy idea of making my car keyless starting. Here's a hack that could work:

Get an s2000 key, and immobilizer reader/ignition setup. Have the ecu programmed to the key you have. Extract the immobilizer reader. Extract the rfid from the s2000 key. Glue the rfid to the immobilizer unit, so that it thinks the real key is always present. Replace the ignition with your own switch/button/whatever.

The Mugen ECU has the immobilizer cut and ignores the O2 sensors. It may be your best bet.

Any thoughts on the AEM 30-1052 that is plug compatible with the S2000 and fully programmable?
