Well got the oil pan pulled off. The rod is tapping because my bearing is bad. No scores on my walls. In my oil pickup i found some trash blocking it. Ill go back and swap it out as soon as my shipment comes in

There are threads on this. Billman has saved many motors in this condition by hand polishing crank, and replacing bearings. All done with motor in car.

If you can tow to him (LI NY), do it. Otherwise you can try tonfind someone local or DIY if you feel up to it.

Cut open the oil filter to see what made it there. I would run a larger oil filter till you know the new bearings are going to last.
I run a larger oil filter on my S all the time
Here are some pic's of the OEM S filter, Wix filter(don't use) and the larger oil filter.

In the last pic you see the filter part of my Baldwin, Honda and the much smaller Wix filter. That is why I wouldn't use the Wix.
Get a Baldwin B202(same size as the B7042 but the B202 has a higher by-pass setting). You don't want the oil filter to go into by-pass at all with that junk floating around the engine. The larger filter will take longer(high rpm cold start) to get into by-pass if it will even get there at all.

Good luck on your engine,

YES !!!!! You want to keep the oil filter from going into the by-pass mode, the larger filter will help keeping the oil filter out of by-pass. You know you can't get all the junk out of the engine, so why risk putting that junk right back to the bearings? If you have the old oil filter, cut it open to see what made it there. If you find ANY junk, some of that crap can and will go right to the engine around the oil filter IF the oil filter went into by-pass.

You should be able to get the Baldwin B202 for $8 to $10 on line, or go to a truck(18 wheeler) parts store.
