Rotation Noise on Freeway

I have a sound too...can't really tell clearly what the sound is in the videoclip above. I'm not sure if it's normal or not either but it sounds like those deli meat cutter machines. It's pretty faint though.

Update I lifted my car today, all the wheels are stable no loose movement.. while in the air I spin the rear wheel and the other side didn't spin the opposite way, seems like it wants to spin but doesnt, both sides.. i hear no clunks, or anything major..
