rpm slow to return to idle

I'd stick with strictly CRC throttle body & air intake cleaner. I doubt that was your problem though. I'd pick up one of those bottle and liberally clean your throttle body. If that doesn't fix it, it may be your TPS. Even though you don't have any fault codes you could possibly be experiencing a failing TPS.

update!
i removed my iacv, there was missing a bolt on the iacv motor,i opened it and cleaned it well with wd40 and add a drop of oil pin bearing.. and the door was rubbing a little bit but not to bad.
as for reassembling, the motor have slotted bolt hole,is there any adjustment there?

That video helped.
Check to see if your throttle plate is completely closed. If it's not completely closed all the way around then you have a bent throttle plate. I've seen it happen before where the engine backfires the wrong way through the intake side and the vacuum created is enough to bend the throttle plate slightly, causing the throttle to be stuck slightly open which is technically a vacuum leak. Usually occurs with bad tunes.
If the throttle plate is completely closed, your IACV is most likely bad. With the car running, have a buddy get in your car and go wide open throttle then snap off it completely. You should be watching your throttle plate at this time, if it doesn't SLAM shut then there's 1 of 2 things it could be: Your return spring on your throttle cable is dirty/lost it's tension and is causing it to not pull it closed fast enough, OR you have a bad IACV. If you have another friend with a s2k, swap IACV's with him and see if it helps. Most of the time when an IACV fails, it can't hold idle but the other way it can fail is if there is a vacuum leak in the housing or seal in which case it can elevate the idle RPM or slow down rpm return to idle.

AP1 throttle body part number 16400-PCX-A01
AP2V1 throttle body part number 16400-PZX-A01
Everything else in that assembly have identical part numbers.
