Why do you keep thinking that someone is going to repair your mistake under warranty? It isn't a defect in material or workmanship. You broke it; be a man and assume responsibility for your actions.
hmmm maybe because i've read around this site enough to come by more then a few threads where people have been able to get things fixed under warranty even though it was there mistake. Maybe thats why i think like that. Umm maybe i think about the best way to save money even if it was to rip off the dealership. Maybe im in no position right now to drop out whatever it will cost to fix it. Maybe im not like you where you could possibly fork out the cash to get things fixed. I'm still a student and just because i own a s2k doesnt mean im gonna be someone like you. Yea i think those are the reasons why im not stepping up to the plate. Thanks for your input/ comments though. you have been most helpful.

But all in all thanks for everyone who tried helping best they could, but i did eventually get the sucker to start again. Called a friend over who works for honda and he had a look at it... i guess my fork was misaligned and was out of place... he pulled it back in place and now everything is back to normal... Sad part is i went through all of this and still couldnt get the snap ring off.
