Default Soft Top Issues

Hey guys, Let me start by saying that I love this site and recommend it to every S2k owner I meet, everyone hear is always really helpful. Ok now for my issue, I recently had my top just up and stop working on a 90 degree day here in North Carolina, I have use of my driver side window and that's it, driver side switch for pass window inopt, pass side switch inopt, I've got power to the window motor and both switches and am currently out of ideas and any and all words of wisdom is welcome.

Sounds like a fuse?

How long have you owned the car? Is there an aftermarket deck? When my top stopped working it's because whoever installed the deck crossed wires, which apparently had been producing enough juice to still use it until it finally shorted out.

If all your fuses check out, might be a switch / relay. TBH there's a whole lot of different things in the top electrical diagram and it'd be really hard to pinpoint via forum

have you checked the window on/off switch on the driver's side? it's pretty easy to accidentally set off and miss. make sure its set to "on."

This still does not keep the top from going up or down.

IIRC I had the same symptoms when my convertible top module died.
