Soft top tension bar dropes down when closing& opening

A convertible top shop should be able to glue a pocket around the bar and then to the ceiling. I used the worn "sewn" in an earlier post but inspection a minute ago shows no seams in the roof where the bars are so the pockets for the first two cross bars must be glued in place.
Surprised this wasn't bouncing off your head while driving.

I hardly drive it so I have time to get it done. Thanks for all the replies and info guys I'll certainly will look into it.

Have you gone thru this thread in even a little detail? The loose bar (in the original videos) should be inside a pocket or sleeve attached to the roof.
