Keeping an eye on this, I've only had my S2K for a couple of weeks, and this week it started to do just the same. I wondered if it was the 97RON available at my local Esso (I don't do supermarkets), When this tank is out I'm going to find Optimax or V-Power which are 98RON and see how it goes.

mine has been doing it for a little while, almost always when it sits for a few days without being used. It doesn't happen when I drive it daily only after sitting for a few days. I have noticed that it starts fine if I give it a bit of throttle for some reason, pushing down on the pedal a small bit even though you aren't supposed to have to use the gas pedal on start up.

Mine does the same if the temperature in the morning is colder than the normal day temperature. Warm starts are fine.

That should be expected sometimes, as the ECU needs to adjust for climate changes. Constant issues without climate changes can be attributed to a real issue.
