Default Stock air system

Help!!!!

It's 2:00 pm here in California and my S2000 air system is in pieces. I leased this car 5 years ago and put a AEM intake on, now I can't find the pictures to put it back together so I can return the car to Honda.

I got the AEM off but I have the Air/Valve/solenoid unit which I can't see where it mounts back up to.

I also have the hose router, that metal spider looking unit. I have looked through the entire manual and can't see where this thing mounts to. I know where all the vacum hoses etc.. go but I can't get a picture of exactly where to mount these 2 units back to. I see a couple of possibilties but I cant see the configuration/ orientation they should be.

Any engine compartment pics (close-ups) etc.. of the air intake areas would be appreciated. Right now I have no car to drive.

Thanks

that should go behind the intake box.

that goes from left hose to sensor behind the frame then to sensor on back of your intake box to right hose.

comptech installation manuel would probably help u.

On my MY00, the spider does not mount to anything. The vacuum lines hold it in place.

I'll try to get some pics tonight or tomorrow during daylight.

I just swapped the AEM out during the June floods. Last week I put it back in back in.

I forgot to take my camera this morning (I got home late and left early).

Without picks I can tell you the air solenoid mounts with the cylinder shaped part pointing straight up. There's a metal bracket that mounts to the rear of the air box and then the solenoid mounts to it.

The solenoid mount is on the rear driver's side of the box.

What is the exact name for this solenoid?

Mine is making a pshh pshhh pshhh sound, right after I got it back from the dealer for a valve adjustment. It never did that before.

Does anyone know what that sound means?> Is the solenoid bad? Should I still drive the car?

BTW the sound goes away when I put my finger over the four holes on the top...

PROBLEM FIXED... When the guy hooked up the vacuum lines he reversed the two that go into the solenoid!!! Seems to be working well now!
