Default Stock injector fitment issues. HELP

Alright guys I'm stumped here. I'm in the process of putting my car back together and I bought some stock 07 Injectors from a fellow member on here. I go to put them in and it seems like they're too short and I'm missing some sort of spacer or something. Anyone have any idea whats going on? I've looked on majestic and it seems like I have all the parts I need.

As you can see the top of the injectors barely come flush with the bottom of the rail. I tried putting the injectors in the rail first and then into the intake manifold. Then tried putting them in the intake manifold first and putting the rail on after. I'm stumped. Whats the deal

Im not that familiar with DBW, but based on the pics it looks like the issue is the current spacer/post your running is way too long. Why I have no idea, but could these have been accidentally mixed up with another car? The post look like they are nearly an inch too long! Also, in your last pic, it looks like the injector is missing the base cushion? You can see a recess in the manifold for what appears to be fitted for something, but nothing is there. Is there a part missing off the base of the injectors?

Nope. Cushions all there. It's just entirely in the intake manifold. I was thinking the spacer was too long too but idk how that's possible. Looks like the oem one on majestic but it could be different. The car previously used rc650s but I don't remember them being bigger

DBW has different injectors to pre DBW. Im in the process of rigging mine to work as well.

http://www.xenocron.com/other-inject...s-c-30_60.html

They apparently have some adapters to fit the DBW injectors to our rails. I'll give them a call when my DBW injectors get in to see if I can do something. If the injectors fit in the rail fine, then maybe you just need these

or these

Like I said, I plan to give them a call once my injectors ship and see if they have an adapter I can use. I'll let you guys know what I find.

thing is i'm using stock injectors from the same year and a stock fuel rail. The car was previously using RC650 injectors when it had a stage 1 SOS supercharger kit but I don't think the 650s were any bigger than the stock injectors.

the fuel rail looks twisted to me, not lined up right. It could be that those fuel rail posts are too long and were pulled from an earlier model year to fit the RC injectors. Did you buy the car with the supercharger on it already?

Pretty sure the RC are longer and therfore the mount studs were also replaced with longer ones to adapt. I know this is an option with ID injectors also. Your probably not running the stock legth mount studs/spacer is my guess.

As stated by others, you're running the 00-05 standoffs for the fuel rail. You'll need to order 2 of these, which are the proper part number for the 06+ DBW cars....
