Suspension bushings...

Reverend-
That's interesting.
Tracktime is abusive to engine mounts. PU bushings don't usually last under that sort of use. At least these bushings outlast PU bushings. I would say that the bushings in my Integra have seen higher heat stresses and more cycles because of the tracktime it's seen. I believe the experts would call that "accelerated wear" and I don't see how you think tracktime doesn't have any bearing to the longevity of car parts, engine mounts in particular.
Unless you can prove otherwise, in my book these bushings will last a long, long time- pretty much forever. I know the ones in that particular Integra will "never" need replacement, and that's good enough for me.

A company here (called Nolan I think) do bushings in 'Nolathane' which is a lubricant impregnated polyurethane. Might want to look them up and see what it's all about.

I once used the Mugen engine kit on a CRX and Civic Si. Great product. The only thing is that engine vibrations were trensmited into the interior. I wonder if it's the same for the S2K.

My experience with bushings is very mixed, and if I did them on this car I would be very selective about which ones I replaced and would probably use rubber. The polyurethane bushings make a racket no matter how attentive you are with lubrication.. maybe the new graphite mixes are better but I am a skeptic.
I also found that the manufacturers will market a replacement for every damn piece but only a few are critical to handling and the rest make a minor difference and a lot of noise. I don
