okay so im not sure if this started happening before or after my clutch swap, but today i noticed that my front driver suspension is squeaking a lot. the noise doesn't resemble metal on metal sounds (worn brake pads) but metal to rubber (eeeeek eeeeek). so can you guys please help me out?

symptoms: going over rough pavements
turning the wheel even a little bit dry!!!!!=S
stopping (after is has been compressed: the rebound)

 

between the shock and spring there is a rubber pad, you'll wear it out eventually over time and there will be metal on metal, i get the noise going over bumps with my aftermarket rims but less with my ap1 rims...
