Default Taking out the instrument bezel

I am planning to replace the instrument bezel that has some scratches, but want to do it right. Someone told me that I need to loosen the two screws of the steering column so that it can be lowered and then loosen the two screws that secure the bezel itself. So, is that the only 4 screws I need to work with to take the bezel out?

the two screws are in the base of the lower trim panel, they are very easy to strip so be careful when inserting your phillips screwdriver into them as they are hard to see and they actually sit a bit on an angle which is hard to tell when working in tight confines. Once the panel is off then you have two bolts to loosen to drop the steering column, so two screws and two bolts before you can get to the cluster screws.
