Test Pipe add different sound?
i had a berks test pipe. def. made a different and louder sound especially around 3-5k rpms. sort of a mechanical whirling sound...
lets say this. at first when you put it on, you wont notice how much it changed the sound of the car, and a lil of the midrange til u take it off
o yea if you think k&n intake is loud u should hear aem v2 =P

The TP made my exhaust about 25% louder, but it also cuts the unwanted "drone" at normal throttle position on most exhausts.
It will seem really, really raspy at first. This will pass in a few weeks after carbon has a chance to build. The fact the bolts are spring mounted gives it a pretty good chance to vibrate until there is a little buildup to baffle it.

Good advice. I thought I had an exhaust leak or a mysterious rattle somewhere until my test pipe "broke in"
