Also just installed the Berk 63.5mm HFC and it leaks at the header at low RPMs. I reused the bolts and springs, but have a new doughnut gasket. Drove around and it quieted down a little, but it doesn't look like it will go away on it's own.

Do you have a part number, or store you got these at? I might try the same thing.

I'll have to find some pics of the final setup, but I stacked 3 of these behind/before the donut gasket (I cut them round - optional):
Walker - Exhaust Flange Gasket Part # 31589 ($4.99 each or price match)

I also (for my case), had to stack a few of the Berk gaskets behind the HFC to fill a gap I had when trying to connect to the exhaust to prevent it from pulling the HFC back. But not everyone has said they have ran into this.. only a few.

I hope this helps..

I ended up using what I could find locally yesterday, which were some exhaust flange gaskets I had ran into recently that were the right size. In my case, I stacked 3 of them to take up half the space available for the donut gasket.

They are high temperature graphite with steel core, so I was able to cut the edges a bit to round them out with a pair of multipurpose stainless steel scissors. I stacked them up, place the donut gasket in it's place, torque'd everything down to spec and turned the car on to hear the best exhaust sound I've heard so far for my setup.

This ended up working for me so it might work for others. I'm going to give it some time, maybe a few weeks to make sure, but if all is good I can post more details (part numbers, etc) and pics.

Thanks to everyone's input and ideas.. much appreciated as always!

It took some trial & error, and driving around to a few auto part stores, but in the end this is what it took to stop the leak in my case. Every case seems to be a bit different bases on previous posts..

I too have a leak. Bought my TP a while back and had a BAD leak. Replaced my donut gasket and it got better, but still leaks coming down off high revs. I contacted Berk, and they said....

I linked them this thread, and they stopped replying to me. Needless to say, not buying anymore Berk products if they are just going to send out faulty product, and refuse to help with the obvious design flaws.

Rant aside, if I just stack another triangle gasket, do you think it will seal? My leak isnt super bad, so I dont think I need much?

I gave up and ended up picking up an Invidia 60mm TP, well, what do you, no leaks! Berk changed their 2 hole flange and they don't want to admit they have.
