Default test pipe vs high flow cat

I recently bought an 06 sebring silver that has a skunk 2 exhaust along with a berk 02 test pipe fix. The previous owner says he messed up the sensor when installing it into the test pipe. The check engine light is currently on and i need it inspected soon. Im wondering if i should get a new sensor and just replace it in the test pipe or get one of these high flow cat"s? I found one for 40 bucks made by genki tuning. Am i going to notice any diffference, sound or hp wise?
