^ Or the owner's manual. "Personal" recommendations may not always be the best route to take.
For example, I use 10W30 in the summer because that's what's the owner's manual suggests. It also suggests 5W40, but this is hard for me to obtain. I sometimes use 5W30 when the winter gets REALLY cold. On the other hand, I've seen someone here tell everyone that he only uses 15W50. One guy even said he uses 15W60. As far as I'm concerned, the last two are shear nonsense for a daily driven car.

"Recommendations" can be dicey. You can always throw the owner's manual back in the faces of dealer techs if something should go wrong.

Very true. I'm probably gonna go with Mobil 1 Syn 5W-30 for the summer.
As far as the tranny goes, Redline MTL seems like a pretty safe bet, but I'm a little sketchy as to what should go in the diff. I wanna know what's good for the diff. besides the LE-607..........Redline MT-90?

Thanx,
Chris

Again, this is my personal opinion, but 5W30 synthetic might be a bit on the thin side for summer use. Certainly if you ever "excercise" the car, 10W30 is a better choice.
I and many S2000 owner's have been using Mobil 1 synthetic GL-5 75W90 for years with great success in all types of climates.

Yes - diff fluid.
Just be careful not to use a diff fluid in the tranny. It'll eat up the syncros.
