Default Tranny Issue.

i was having problems with the tranny for about a week. i thought it was my clutch because since i put the clutch in it shifted funny. (clutch was ACT.) I have a turbo and drag my car. I was at the track and coming back on one pass i had smoke coming through the floor board and i didnt know what was wrong. I got back to the trailer and it looked as if it were coming from the clutch. I let it cool down for an hour and it drove good again. i came home and drove it to work and when i went to get in it, i couldnt even change the gears. I can change them a little now if i fight with it, but its still sucks. it will change fine with the car off but it is crappy with the car on. i am in the process of changing my clutch. (competition Stage 4 clutch). I pulled the tranny out last night and noticed the wires that connected to the plug that goes into the tranny were burnt. would this be causing my shifting issues. Is it the actual tranny? or will this clutch help? i also bought new tranny fluid to change it and hope it helps
