All i can say is that a car never goes back to how it should be when a turbo set up is removed unless it's extremely well retuned. Good luck
You'll need to run the car using the AEM with a base map to the dealer, or get it towed. Plug in the new ECU at the dealer and go from there.
The ECU will need to be on the car for them to program it. It's generally an hour charge of labor which runs about 65-80 bucks.
