Default For turbo s2000

HI i wanted to know for all those turbo s2000's out there how many pounds of boost you run, everyday on the street, because i wanted to know if its safe to run a 8 pound spring on the wastegate.

Not a good idea to use an 8 lb. spring in the wastegate... everyone that's running the Speeccraft kit has a 4 lb. spring the wastegate. I think you would be better off with a lower spring weight and just turn it up with a boost controller.

At 6 pounds, stock injectors will be fine, although we both do have an in tank fuel pump.

All S2000's have an in tank fuel pump... just seems to work better that way.

I think it'd be cool to have an underground fuel pump that refined fuel and everything .. and there'd be a hose that runs to your car wherever it is.. you'd have a big spool of hose at the back of your car.. and you'd have a range of like 500 yards or something..

If you did that then you would only have to fill up with race gas once and the whole timing/detonation thing wouldn't be an issue. You could put one of those garden hose reels in your trunk that was spring loaded to reel in the hose when you get close to ground zero.
