Default Very heavy steering !

HI all

I am new to this forum, just brought my S2k 3days ago.

steering suddenly went very heavy stationary or moving, checked the EPS its fine!!

had to fight with the wheel everytime it goes over uneven surfaces, checked alignment to stock setting

what else can it be?

i have driven 4 other S2K and they are all alot lighter than mine!

Hope you experts can help me out

thanks
Kev

Maybe your tire pressure is low? I'm not sure if that would make that huge of a difference, but its worth a shot though.

Faulty steering gearbox. If you jack the car up, and start it, your car will pull to a side on it's own.. If is a replaceable component, doing a eps error check thing would tell ya. If your eps light isn't on, it's most likely the unserviceable steering gearbox motor itself that is faulty.

Peace.
