Default vibrant resonator?

So I bought a used comptech exhaust and the resonator was replaced with a straight pipe...

Theres more drone than I expected and want to get an aftermarket resonator welded in place...

I BELIEVE the pipe is 3.5", and i've heard of ppl using vibrant 18" resonator? is this any good?

does anyone recommend any others with good experience?

thanks!

I put one in a few months back and it made a very noticeable difference. Setup is putting out 500+rwhp.
Exhaust was a 3 inch dual Asura, tp and Hytech headers. It now has a total of 5 mufflers/resonators.
The exhaust went from intolerable to tolerable.
The cop unfriendly loudness dropped enough to have several cop friendly speeds.

definately a good product. I run a custom 3" exhaust with a vibrant resonator for my turbo set up and the sound in infectious but not at all obnoxious. As said above it keeps the car at a lower profile.

BTW, I don't think a Comptech exhaust uses 3.5" piping. Measure it properly.
