Default Warning light!!!!

When I start the car, the Maintenance Required light flashes for a few seconds. I had the oil changed about 800 miles ago, and the level is ok. It flashed once while I was cruising down the road, too. Is it possible that someone just forgot to reset it when I got my last oil change? All other fluids are fine, and the car seems to be normal. Also, my mileage is at about 28000. Should I take it in and have it checked out?
Any advice (besides me getting a manual)?

There's a 14000 mile service light that does the same thing... maybe there is a 28000 mile light? I think it's in the manual. Look in the library on how to reset the light if you've already done your service.

If I'm not mistaken it's a 30,000 mile checkup, and the previous is a 15,000 mile. It's blink early to give you plenty of notice.

If you search, you can find out how to reset it yourself. I always forget. It's just a reminder that it's about time for maintenance. Mine's gone on a few times, but then again I have over 50,000 mi.
