Thumbs down Washers? And marine oil!

Hi all.. I decided to replace all fluids in the s.. Give her a fresh start.
Went to the dealer and bought the new model oil filter (PCX004), diff oil and Honda mtf.

Problems encountered:
1. they buy the Honda mtf in 25 lt cans. He put 3 lt in an oil can. Hope he gave me good stuff!
2. Diff oil. They gave me HONDA MARINE GENUINE PARTS GEAR OIL SAE90 GL4.
The spec seems good, but the can shows that the oil is made for outboard marine motors.. Is this ok for my diff??
3. They only had one type of washer available. 94109-12000. I took two. I THINK this is the drain washer for the gearbox and engine oil. Does anyone know? Or if possible, can someone tell me the measurments of the correct washers? Maybe I find them at a hardware store beforehand ..?

Re brake fluid, I will try to find a good quality dot5.1 fluid. Maybe will also use it for the clutch. If not, I'll just use the normal Fuchs dot4.

Oh and one last thing. Do our cars have hydraulic valve tappets? How often should o check the clearances? If they are 'bad', will I hear it?

You're right .. I had checked it before but I thought it said GL4 or GL5. But I was wrong.

i will go and ask for a refund, then get some fuchs oil.

Probably this is the one they will have in stock ..

TITAN GEAR SYN 75W-90
Semi synthetic gear oil
API GL4, GL5

I dont think it is a problem to use 75w90 instead of SAE90, as recommended ... or am i mistaken here?

I think I will go for Titan Supersyn 5W-40 for engine oil....
One reason being, I already have about 5 litres in my garage (bought extra about 2 months ago)

TITAN SUPERSYN SAE 5W-40
• One of the most advanced fully synthetic engine lubricants on the market.
• High quality.
• Technically superior.
• Race-bred high performance.
• Developed for the harshest conditions.
• Designed for increased fuel economy, optimum wear protection & enhanced engine cleanliness.

API SM/CF

I know someone had mentioned i should use the GT1 variant ... but as far as i know that one is much more expensive ... and after all this oil exceeds the Honda specifications ..

PS: I did not buy the oil from Honda because they did not have 10W-30 .. they were going to give me Honda 5W40 synthetic ... in that case I prefer the Fuchs !! ( i think ! )

I checked today, but they did not have anything else.
They said that the GL-4 is good.
I still did not accept it, but they wouldnt give a refund, so I took an oil filter instead.

Now I bought the Fuchs Gear Syn semi synth. Hope that will go well.
