Default Weird car deceleration at around 8000rpm

just got the car a few weeks ago, and it just started doing this, whenever vtec kicks in, from 7500-8000 rpm, it almost feels like the car brakes kicks in(brakes are not actuating just feels similar). and my rpm goes down as well. it has happened in 1st and 2nd gear. havent gotten it that high in 3rd.

i do have 3 check engine lights.
1. knock sensor(gonna change that tonight)
2. ect sensor(gonna change that as well tonight)
3. exhaust leak/ intake leak, no clue about that.

HAAAAALp

no it wasnt. but that makes sense. i have a small coolant leak right now, so i was probably wrong at putting it at that much rpm lol but i didnt wanna sit there and let it warm up with coolant leaking out a bit.

I am trying to restrain myself a bit here...

The S2K has an engine protection mechanism so that people like you don't rev the engine too high when it is cold (thus causing damage). Try performing a search on google next time by prefacing your search with "s2ki". Your issue is a pretty common occurrence.

The cold rev limiter is at 7K RPM.

OP is trolling HARD.

Or hitting the regular 8200 RPM limiter (AP2).
