Just curious if someone can tell me what this is on my 2007 throttle body. (Circled in red)

possibly a throttle plate stop ? i looked up diagrams but nothing points too it. if you remove it do you feel a vacuum or is there an idle change ? if and when you remove it if its very stiff its probably meant for a specific position if its loose and smooth to remove then its probably meant to be seated all the way down. could be a vacuum test port who knows.
